Or why not simply relax at the tranquil seaside township of Yeppoon, the heart of the Capricorn Coast and the starting point to Central Queensland's Great Barrier Reef.

Choose to relax on over 20 secluded sandy beaches including Farmborough Beach, just north of main beach Yeppoon, offers a good beach break for surfers, Five Rocks Beach is north of Byfield is also good for surfing but also is a fishermans paradise. Lamamermoor beach is a peaceful simming area with barbeque and picnic facilities for the entire family to enjoy.
